Village de St Lager, après quelques virages au pied du Mont Brouilly, c’est ici. La cour ouverte sur la vallée vous offre le Mont Blanc par beau temps. Vous êtes arrivés au Domaine Sanvers-Cotton. Evelyne Sanvers et Guy Cotton sont les parents de Pierre qui gère maintenant 10 hectares dont 5 sur l’appellation Côte de Brouilly, avec des projets plein la tête. Il est à l’épicentre d’une zone de 30 hectares où lui et ses voisins, notamment le Domaine Dupré-Goujon, n’utilisent pas d’insecticides mais des dispositifs de confusion sexuelle pour lutter contre le ver de la grappe. La conversion en Agriculture Biologique est amorcée.

La cuvée Bas Les Masques du domaine Pierre Cotton est issue de vieilles vignes de Gamay plantées sur un terroir argilo-calcaire et sur un sol colluvionnaire. Vinification en macération carbonique en grappe entière, fermentations spontanées en levures indigènes. 7 mois en foudres, vin non collé, non filtré, sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de framboises sauvages, de cerises griottes, de pivoines, de fraises des bois avec une touche épicée. La bouche est suave et gourmandes grâce à un magnifiques équilibre entre rondeur fruitée, fins tannins et fraicheur minérale.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
