Village de St Lager, après quelques virages au pied du Mont Brouilly, c’est ici. La cour ouverte sur la vallée vous offre le Mont Blanc par beau temps. Vous êtes arrivés au Domaine Sanvers-Cotton. Evelyne Sanvers et Guy Cotton sont les parents de Pierre qui gère maintenant 10 hectares dont 5 sur l’appellation Côte de Brouilly, avec des projets plein la tête. Il est à l’épicentre d’une zone de 30 hectares où lui et ses voisins, notamment le Domaine Dupré-Goujon, n’utilisent pas d’insecticides mais des dispositifs de confusion sexuelle pour lutter contre le ver de la grappe. La conversion en Agriculture Biologique est amorcée.

La cuvée Beaujolais du domaine Pierre Cotton est issue d'un assemblages de vignes de Gamay plantées sur un terroir argilo-calcaire et sur un sol alluvionaire. Assemblage de plusieurs parcelles, raisins cultivés par Bonnet Cotton, Domaine Les Souriants, Domaine les Garçons, Romain Jambon, Baptiste Bertrand. Vendanges manuelles. Élevage en cuve béton pendant 8 mois, vin non collé, non filtré, sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce vins nous révèle de savoureuses notes de framboises fraiches, de baies rouges, de fraises sauvages, de fleurs des bois avec une pointe épicée. La bouche est juteuse et fraiche grâce à une fine trame acidulée et de petits tannins bien fondus.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
