Village de St Lager, après quelques virages au pied du Mont Brouilly, c’est ici. La cour ouverte sur la vallée vous offre le Mont Blanc par beau temps. Vous êtes arrivés au Domaine Sanvers-Cotton. Evelyne Sanvers et Guy Cotton sont les parents de Pierre qui gère maintenant 10 hectares dont 5 sur l’appellation Côte de Brouilly, avec des projets plein la tête. Il est à l’épicentre d’une zone de 30 hectares où lui et ses voisins, notamment le Domaine Dupré-Goujon, n’utilisent pas d’insecticides mais des dispositifs de confusion sexuelle pour lutter contre le ver de la grappe. La conversion en Agriculture Biologique est amorcée.

Le Fleurie du domaine Pierre Cotton est issu de vieilles vignes de Gamay plantées sur un terroir de granit rose. Vendanges manuelles. Macération carbonique en grappe entière, fermentations spontanées en levures indigènes. Élevage en foudre pendant 9 mois, vin non collé, non filtré. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de framboises sauvages, de roses, de violettes, de baies rouges, de fraises des bois, de fruits noirs écrasés avec une pointe fumée. La bouche est élégante et soyeuse sur des arômes de myrtilles et d'épices douces.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
