Ce domaine défend avec conviction une vision stylistique personnelle de ses vins. Tendres, digestes, jamais extraits ni boisés, ils offrent un naturel de fruit confondant, avec parfois l'impression, pour les blancs, d’être à la limite de la couverture en soufre. Pionnier de la biodynamie depuis trente ans, Emmanuel Giboulot a beaucoup fait parler de lui en 2013 et 2014 pour avoir été condamné, puis relaxé, après avoir refusé de traiter ses vignes contre la maladie de la flavescence dorée.

Le Bourgogne blanc du domaine Emmanuel Giboulot est issu de vignes de Chardonnay plantées en 1991 sur des sols argilo-calcaires sur la commune de Pommard (exposition Ouest). Vendanges manuelles. Pressurage doux des grappes entières, suivi d'un débourbage à froid pendant environ 24 heures. Le moût clair est fermenté en vieux fûts de chêne (minimum 4 vins) afin de conserver pureté et minéralité. Le vin obtenu sera élevé sur lies pendant environ 12 mois avant d'être mis en bouteille. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fleurs blanches, d'agrumes, d'amandes, de pommes mûres, de poires avec une touche de pierre mouillée. La bouche allie rondeur et fraicheur grâce à un bel équilibre entre saveurs fruitées et tension minérale.

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
