Ce domaine de Savigny-lès-Beaune est engagé dans une viticulture très respectueuse de l’environnement. Les raisins sont vinifiés avec peu ou pas de soufre et élevés dans des fûts usagés. Le but : exprimer l’identité de chaque terroir avec le fruit le plus pur possible. Propriété familiale depuis 1834, Chandon de Briailles est un des rares domaines de ce rang à avoir converti l'intégralité de ses 14 hectares à la biodynamie sans transition, en 2011. Du savigny-lès-beaune jusqu’au corton Clos du Roi en passant par l'étonnant corton blanc implanté en terre de rouge (dans les Bressandes), ce domaine nous donne une lecture singulière et pertinente du bourgogne profond et raffiné. Il s’inscrit au sommet de la production des vins de la côte de Beaune.

Le Corton blanc Grand Cru du domaine Chandon de Briailles est issu de vignes de Chardonnay plantées sur 3 micro parcelles (0,6 ha au total) exposées Sud, Sud Est. La particularité de ce Corton blanc est d'être planté en Chardonnay sur des terres normalement destinées au Pinot Noir. Assemblage de 80% de Corton Bressandes (le haut de trois parcelles), 15% de Corton Chaumes, 5% de Corton Renardes. Un chardonnay original provenant principalement de sol à pinot noir donc assez rond et sur les fruits jaunes (pêche abricot) et une note de miel. Aucun fut neuf ni batonnage donc très élégant et frais en finale.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
