À contre-courant des traditions champenoises, Dominique Moreau a su imposer son style. Dans son domaine de la côte des Bar, pas d’assemblages, mais des cuvées issues d’un seul cépage, d’une seule année, pas ou peu dosées et vendues sous la dénomination « Champagne Marie Courtin », en hommage à sa grand-mère. Sur ses vignes cultivées en biodynamie, la vigneronne s’attache à retranscrire au plus près les caractéristiques du terroir. Résultat : des vins à la fois énergiques et délicats qui s’ouvrent bien dans le verre.

Le champagne Présence du domaine Marie Courtin est issu de vignes de Chardonnay (70%) et de Pinot Blanc (30%) plantées sur des sols Kimméridgiens. Fermentation en cuve inox levures indigènes. Non dosé. L'encépagement est issu d'une sélection massale. Vinification sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce champagne nous révèle d'incroyables notes de fruits blancs mûrs, d'agrumes, de brioche, de fleurs blanches avec une pointe de sésame grillé. La bouche est ample et tendue grâce à un remarquable équilibre entre finesse des bulles, rondeur fruitée et finale minérale. Grand champagne !

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
