La Malpolon, à l’instar de la couleuvre de Montpellier, est ancrée dans la culture locale. Son habitat est le pourtour méditerranéen, et elle s’efforce d’y puiser ses matières premières et son inspiration. Respectueux des traditions brassicoles tout en restant ouverts d’esprit, la brasserie Malpolon nous propose une autre approche des bières modernes : une espèce de bières en voie d’apparition !

À la recherche du plus court trajet entre le champ et le verre, les bières de Malpolon sont brassées uniquement avec des matières premières locales et le plus souvent possible cultivées sans intrants.

La cuvée Sain du Chai de la Brasserie Malpolon est issue d'un assemblage de sept barriques de différentes bières rustiques (Saisons principalement et fermentations mixtes) âgées en moyenne de 6 mois, assemblées et affinées trois mois de plus en demi muid de vin blanc. Le nez de cette bière nous révèle de délicieuses notes de résine, de fruits blancs, d'épices avec une touche boisée. La bouche est tendue et gourmande sur des arômes de pomme et de vin blanc. C'est une bière peu sucrée qui sort des sentiers battus.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
