Partida Creus est un domaine important de Catalogne. Avant d'être vignerons, Massimo Marchiori et Antonella Gerosa étaient architectes à Barcelone. C'est à Bonastre en Baix-Penedés qu'ils trouvent une quantité de vignobles abandonnés plantés d’une étourdissante diversité de cépages traditionnels catalans pour poser leurs valises et créer le domaine Partida Creus en 2014. Massimo et Antonella pratiquent une viticulture Bio, biodynamique, entièrement manuelle et naturelle.

La cuvée Garrut du domaine Partida Creus est issue de vignes de Garrut plantées sur un sol en loam argileux, calcaire et très rocailleux. Vendanges manuelles. Entièrement égrappés, les raisins macèrent pendant trois jours avec un pigeage toutes les trois heures, et la fermentation alcoolique sur levures indigènes se déroule pendant quatre mois en cuves d’inox, suivi de vingt mois en barriques de chêne. Non filtré, non collé, sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fruits noirs, de mûres sauvages, de petits fruits rouges, d'épices avec une pointe toastée. La bouche est ample et tendue grâce à un bel équilibre entre rondeur du fruit, finesse des tannins et fraicheur acidulée.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
