Le domaine de Frank Cornelissen se situe à Solicchiata, sur le versant nord de l'Etna, et s'étend sur quelques 15 ha, dont 12 ha sont plantés de vignes. Frank cultive ses propres vignes entre 600 et 980m d'altitude, avec des rendements très faibles (entre 300 et 600 gr par plante), exclusivement des pieds francs (non greffés) et préfère aux traitements chimiques la préparation classique de soufre en dose minimale.

La cuvée Munjebel du domaine Frank Cornelissen est issue de vignes d'une quarantaine d'années de Grecanico Dorato et de Carricante plantées sur les parcelles Calderara, Borriglione, Crasà et Picciolo. Raisins éraflés, légèrement foulés et macérés quatre jours environ. Elevage de 18 mois en fibre de verre, puis 18 mois en bouteille. Pas de collage, pas de sulfitage, légère filtration avant mise en bouteilles. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle d'incroyables notes de jasmin, d'abricots secs, de fleur d'oranger, d'amandes, de fruits blancs avec une pointe fumée. La bouche est intense et complexe grâce à un subtil équilibre entre rondeur fruitée, trame acidulée et tension minérale du terroir. Un très grand vin !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
