Anciennement domaine Morel-Thibaut, association de deux vignerons qui a fonctionné pendant 24 ans au cœur du vignoble jurassien, à Poligny. En 2014 l'entité s'est scindée en deux et Valentin Morel à pris la suite de son père Jean-Luc. Il ne s'est pas contenté de changer le nom du domaine, il a en quelques millésimes efficacement modifié l'image et la personnalité des cuvées. Les six hectares de vignes sont cultivés en agriculture biologique, avec une vive attention portée à la biodynamie et aux techniques de conservation des sols. Ancré dans les différentes parcelles que possède la famille (secteurs des Trouillots et de Saint-Savin), le jeune vigneron équilibre intuitivement tradition jurassienne (savagnin sous voile, remarquables poulsard et trousseau, superbes macvins) et propositions originales (blancs macérés, cuvée issue de cépages résistants...).

La cuvée Saint Savin du domaine Les Pieds sur Terre provient de vignes de Chardonnay âgées de plus de 40 ans, plantées sur le terroir de Saint-Savin constitué d’éboulis calcaire typiques de la région jurassienne. Vendanges manuelles, pressurage direct.
Fermentations alcoolique et malolactique en cuve inox. Elevage en demis muids de 600 pendant 6 mois. Sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce vin très aromatique est étonnant. Il nous révèle de délicieuses notes de pommes cuites, d'accacia, d'agrumes, de fleurs blanches et d'épices. La bouche est ample et tendue grâce à un magnifique équilibre entre rondeur du fruit, minéralité typique du terroir et acidité structurante.

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
