Après une quinzaine d’années installée en Beaujolais sur 6Ha de vignes, France Gonzalvez fait ses valises direction la Savoie, sa région natale. Non sans peine, France trouve une cave sur Apremont en Août 2021 pour y vinifier ses premiers jus savoyards. Nouveaux cépages, nouveaux challenges …. Cette année, 9 cuvées émergent pour continuer cette nouvelle aventure (Jacquère, Altesse, Roussette, Pinot, Mondeuse et bien évidemment du Gamay…). Formée auprès de Bénier et Lapalu, elle opte dès ses débuts pour une viticulture bio et zéro intrants.

La cuvée Féér'hic du domaine France Gonzalvez est issue de vignes de Roussanne plantées sur des sols argilo-calcaires et provenant de chez Gilles Berlioz. Pressurage direct, levures indigènes, 15% des jus fermentent en vieux fûts et le reste en cuve. Assemblage effectué avant le mise en bouteille, sans ajout de so2. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de splendides notes de fleurs blanches, d'agrumes, de miel, de pêches, de mirabelles avec une touche d'amande douce. La bouche est ample et fraiche grâce à un parfait équilibre entre rondeur fruitée et tension minérale.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
