Ce domaine artisanal de Montigny-lès-Arsures a été créé dans les années 1980 par Adeline Chatelain et Raphaël Fumey. Depuis le retour de leurs fils Marin sur l'exploitation, en 2015, les vins s'illustrent plus régulièrement dans nos dégustations. Un surcroît d'évidence et de gaieté dans les cuvées qui a déjà attiré l'attention de nombreux amateurs ! La gamme est enthousiasmante, exprimant avec naturel et élégance l'identité arboisienne. Une adresse de plus en plus indispensable.

La cuvée Brouille Ménage du domaine Fumey Chatelain est issue de vieilles vignes de Ploussard cultivées sur des sols Marneux à Montigny et Arbois. Vendanges manuelles. 40% grappes entières. Fermentation spontanée en cuves grâce aux levures indigènes, macération sans soufre de 20 jours environ. Elevage en foudre et cuve inox pendant 10 mois. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de gourmandes notes de groseilles, de petits fruits rouges frais, de cassis, de bonbon anglais, de sous bois avec une pointe d'épices douces. La bouche est délicate et juteuse sur de petits tannins fondus et une finale fruitée et rafraichissante.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
