Le domaine Recerca, qui signifie "recherche" en Catalan, a été créé par Jess Albero et Laurent Pujol dans les Corbières catalanes. Jess a été à l'origine de la gamme de vins Zulu avec son époux trop tôt disparu Chris. Installés à Vingrau, où sont une partie de leurs 4 hectares et demi de vignes, ils ont aussi une parcelle à Paziols. Travaillant les plus naturellement possible, ils bannissent les intrants. Les vins sont d'une très grande pureté, droits, frais et équilibrés.

C’est assemblage de Grenache Noir et Macabeu est un véritable plaisir pour les sens. Il pourrait représenter une sorte de Côte Rôtie du Roussillon avec cet étonnante association d'un cépage rouge et d'un cépage blanc. Il a tout pour lui : du fruit, de la fraîcheur et de la fluidité. Gros canon avec une grosse buvabilité !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
