En 2018, Pauline et Jean-Charles reprennent les vignes du Domaine de Mirabeau avec le défi de créer la première exploitation viticole d’insertion sociale et professionnelle en France. Leur objectif est d’accompagner des personnes éloignées de l’emploi en quête d’un nouvel élan, de les former au métier de vigneron et d’ouvrir davantage la profession aux femmes. Du cep à la bouteille, ils se forment à toutes les étapes de la production des vins solidaires du domaine. Transmettre leur savoir-faire et leur passion du métier, c’est leur plus belle réussite ! Le Domaine de Mirabeau est situé sur un site classé réserve de biodiversité. Plusieurs espèces protégées trouvent refuge dans le massif de la Gardiole, comme le lézard ocellé ou l’ail petit moly.

La cuvée Rosé de Cocagne du domaine de Mirabeau est issue d'une parcelle de vieilles vignes de Cinsault entourée de garrigue et de bois. Rendements faibles. Vendanges manuelles, pressurage direct, fermentation lente à basse température, vinification et élevage en cuve inox. Peu de sulfites ajoutés. Une jolie robe rose pâle, un nez gourmand, des arômes de pêche, de petits fruits rouges et une note exotique. Un rosé tout en élégance, riche et complexe, avec une belle fraicheur en bouche.

Please note that items that have been shipped are those that have been calculated based on their weight. In order to reflect the conditions of the delivery service providers we use, all weights are rounded to the nearest kilo.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
