Le domaine d’Alexandre et Caroline Bain, situé à Tracy-sur-Loire, a été créé en 2007 sur une superficie de 11 Ha de vignes de Sauvignon. L’ensemble du vignoble est cultivé en agriculture Bio et biodynamique. Les terroirs les plus fragiles sont labourés à l’aide d’un cheval de trait. Ce travail de respect de l’environnement se prolonge au chais – aucun produit œnologique n’est ajouté lors de la vinification, ce qui permet de proposer des vins natures, authentiques, sains et digestes qui répondent à la charte d’engagement de l’Association des Vins Naturels.

La cuvée Coeur Vaillant 2020 de Caroline Bain est issue d'une parcelle de vignes de Sauvignon plantées sur l'appellation Pouilly Fumé. Sur ce premier millésime, Caroline a poussé l'élevage à 30 mois. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes d'agrumes, de fleurs blanches, de bourgeon de cassis, de fruits exotiques et de fruits confits. La bouche est très pure et équilibrée entre le gras et l'acidité. Une belle minéralité arrive ensuite avec de beaux amers sur une finale longue et fraiche. GRAND VIN !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
