Simon Batardière est installé sur un petit domaine viticole artisanal de 2 hectares et quelques. Les vignes centenaires côtoient de plus jeunes jeunes ceps. Le sol est labouré et les vinifications sont les plus naturelles possibles, sans ajout de sulfites. Les élevages se font en cuve ou en fûts selon les cuvées. Simon cherche à produire des vins avec un potentiel de garde.

La cuvée Cabernet Franc du domaine Simon Batardière est issue de vignes de Cabernet Franc vinifiées en Blanc de Noirs. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes d'agrumes, de fruits blancs frais, de petits fruits rouges, d'épices avec une pointe fumée. La bouche est droite et vineuse grâce un bel équilibre entre tension minérale et gras. La finale est longue et saline.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
