Le Domaine du Bel Air prend un tournant dans les années 1970, lorsque la famille Gauthier décide de privilégier la viticulture. Laurent Gauthier travaille alors ses vignes au cheval et transmet les anciennes techniques vigneronnes à son fils Pierre. Ce dernier décide pourtant, au tournant des années 1980, d'adopter les techniques "modernes" de désherbage et d'utilisation d'engrais. Pierre Gauthier encense un temps ces méthodes qui lui apportent davantage de simplicité, de confort et de temps libre, mais regrette bien plus tard d'avoir "perdu son âme vigneronne". Après 20 années à la tête du Domaine du Bel Air, il se sent prisonnier de "firmes" qui lui vendent "la panoplie du bon vigneron", à savoir désherbants anti-mildiou, anti-oïdium, insecticides et autres produits de synthèse. Il rompt alors avec cette méthode pour revenir à la pioche et aux méthodes ancestrales.

Ce vin dévoile une robe rubis intense et profonde. Des senteurs de fruits noirs intense accompagnés de notes légèrement terreuses viennent remplir les sens délicatement. La bouche est pleine, franche et concentrée. Aucune lourdeur ou aigreur n’apparaît. Ici tout n’est que fruit pur, intense, fin et délicat. La finale sapide et persistance donne une envie incompressible de revenir avec gourmandise à ce Bourgueil envoûtant.

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
