De retour en 2010 à Pomport, Vincent Alexis écrit une nouvelle page de l’histoire du domaine familial. Il inscrit ses cuvées dans un style tendance avec des blanc macérés et des contenants divers, amphore et œuf. Certifié en Bio, il met en valeur aussi bien les terroirs que les styles de vinification en construisant une approche plus moderne des Pécharmants.

Le pétillant naturel Splash du château Barouillet est issue de vignes de Sémillon plantées sur des terroirs argilo-calcaires. Méthode pétillant naturel. Pressurage direct et fermentation en levures indigènes en cuves inox. Légère filtration sur terre lorsque l’équilibre sucre est atteint en vue de ne pas dégorger. Mise en bouteilles après la filtration dès que le vin recommence à fermenter. Fin de fermentation en bouteilles couchées puis élevage en bouteilles pendant 5 mois. Ce vin, à server bien frais, peut se boire seul, sans accompagnement, c’est un vin festif, d’apéritif, à boire entre copains l’été. Il peut être bu à n’importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit. Il s’accordera très bien avec des fruits de mer, du jambon Serrano en chiffonnade, un ceviche de Saint Jacques ou un Coeur de Neufchatel.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
