En 2008, Mathias et Camille reprennent les 17 hectares de la ferme familiale de Sigoulès. Ils ont, durant dix ans, dirigé ce domaine vers la biodynamie, analysant les terroirs, prêchant le non-interventionnisme en cave, tentant différents contenants pour l'élevage. Ils ont ainsi largement participé au regain d'intérêt pour Bergerac. Depuis 2018, le couple a réduit la voilure et ne s'occupe désormais plus que de 9 hectares. Un domaine rétréci, travaillé comme un jardin, avec traction animale, emploi accru de tisanes ou replantation d'une partie des surfaces en échalas. Une activité d'agroforesterie renforce la biodiversité du vignoble.

La cuvée Pagaille du château Lestignac est issue d'un assemblage de raisins de Cabernet Franc ( 60%), de Malbec (20%), de Sauvignon blanc (15%) et de Muscadelle (5%) cultivés par le domaine Les Piliers des Terrasses et vinifiés au Château Lestignac (Hors les Murs). Elevage court en cuve béton. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de de framboises sauvages, de violettes, de prunes fraiches, de mûres, d'orange sanguine avec une pointe d'épices. La bouche est fruitée et croquante grâce une rondeur fruitée couplée à une tension rafraichissante.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
