De retour en 2010 à Pomport, Vincent Alexis écrit une nouvelle page de l’histoire du domaine familial. Il inscrit ses cuvées dans un style tendance avec des blanc macérés et des contenants divers, amphore et œuf. Certifié en Bio, il met en valeur aussi bien les terroirs que les styles de vinification en construisant une approche plus moderne des Pécharmants.

La cuvée Hecate du château Barouillet est issue d'une parcelle de vignes de Cabernet Sauvignon, de Merlot et de Cabernet Franc plantées sur un terroir d'argile blanche profonde et de silex. Macération tout en douceur, en infusion durant 3 à 4 semaines. Elevage en barriques de 600 litres de 2 à 3 vins pendant 12 mois puis prise en masse en cuve inox durant 4 mois. Cette cuvée est sans soufre et la mise en bouteille est faite sans collage ni filtration. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de fruits noirs, de chocolat, de cerises noires, de réglisse et d'épices. La bouche est ample et soyeuse grâce à un remarquable équilibre entre matière, tannins souples et fraicheur du terroir.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
