Collaboration entre David Teyssier de La Ferme du Cade. et des frères Soulier. Les raisins de cette cuvée sont cultivés par David, Charles et Guillaume Soulier s’occupent des vinifications et de la mise en bouteilles (décembre 2022). Vinifications des cépages blancs et rouges effectuées séparément. Macération carbonique pour le Cinsault et pressurage direct pour la Clairette. Élevage prolongé en cuve inox pendant 6 mois, les fermentations ont été un peu plus longue cette année. Pas de filtration ni de collage. Sans sulfite ajouté.

Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de petits rouges frais, de bonbon anglais, de groseilles, de framboises des bois avec une pointe d'épices. La bouche est d'une gourmandise redoutable grâce à une explosion d'arômes de fruits rouges et des tannins fins et discrets. La bouteille se vide à une vitesse expresse ! Glouglou
