En 2012, Laurent Fell achète 4 hectares de vignes (50 ans d’âge moyens) à Sanilhac (Ardèche sud) pour y créer le Mas de l’Escarida avec sa compagne Anna. 500 mètres d’altitude (qui permet d’avoir des nuits fraîches et de tempérer la maturation des raisins), au milieu des forêts et de prairies, un sol gréseux, c’est un terroir ressemblant plus aux Cévennes qu’à l’Ardèche et ses sols argilo-calcaires. Enherbement naturel 1 rang sur 2, très peu d’intervention à la vigne et au chai, depuis 2013 il vinifie sans aucun intrant. Les vins proposés sont souples, joyeux, frais et avec ce petit truc en plus mettant tout le monde d’accord. Niveau rapport qualité/prix, c’est dur de trouver mieux, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

La cuvée Lo Ravi du Mas de l'Escarida est issue de vignes de Grenache et de Syrah. Macération courte et vinification sans intrant, ni sulfite. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de gourmandes notes de fraises des bois, de cerises, de thym, de fruits noirs, de mûres avec une pointe épicée. La bouche est fraiche et juteuse grâce à bel équilibre entre rondeur fruitée, fine trame acidulée et tannins croquants. Glouglou !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
